Disability, Equality and Inclusion Training
We provide Disability, Equality and Inclusion Training to companies and organisations throughout Ireland. The Disability Equality and Inclusion Training Grant provides 80% of the cost of this training.
Our training will give you the knowledge that you need to enhance inclusion in your organisation, enabling you to meet legislative obligations and creating an accessible environment for all.
About the training:
This training is a foundational step to creating disability inclusive cultures in your workplace.
Our Disability, Equality and Inclusion training is a unique experience delivered by two trainers, including a
trainer with lived experience of an intellectual disability.
We tailor the session to meet your needs through a combination of direct instruction, sharing lived
experience, and incorporating participant contributions. Our methods maximise relevance and challenge
perspectives. Individual and group exercises are designed to build confidence, and prepare learners to be
agents of change in their organisations.

The Disability Equality and Inclusion Training Grant provides 80% of the cost of this training. This grant is part of the new Work and Access programme through the Department of Social Protection.
Training Options
There are two training options to choose from that we can tailor to your needs:
A half-day training session:
A half-day in person training session – 3 hours.
Lunch and learn training sessions:
Lunch and learn online training sessions – 1 hour each
