Inclusion Ireland are holding an event about the Assisted Decision Making Capacity Act in the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission, Dublin on the 13th March 2023 from 11am – 1pm.

At this event we will hear from people about decision making and capacity.

Assisted decision making is all about getting support with your decisions. Some people may need a lot of support and some people may need a little support. We want to include everyone.

There will be smaller groups where you will answer the below questions:

1. Tell us about what decisions are important to you and what support you like to have to make your decisions?

2. Do you know what the law is about?

3. What can the HSE do so you can know more about this law?

You can also ask us questions or tell us what is important to you.

Places are limited for this event, please register here online if you wish to attend: https://inclusionirelandAssistedDecisionMakingCapacityAct.eventbrite.ie

You can read an easy to read flyer about the event here: What is the Assisted Decision Making Capacity Act and why is it important

This event is hosted in partnership with the HSE.
